Vijaya Bhujbal reviewed Saarrthi Group — as he has book flat in Saarrthi ShimmerNShine in November 2011.Saarrthi At that time given the date of possession at MAY 2014 but but now it's June 2015. He till not got the possession of his flat. Many amenity promise in broucher and agreement are not provided. Last month he has issued a Legal Notice to give possession and provide all amenity given in broucher and agreement. But no response from them. It's arrogant behaviour. As he has invested almost one crore and feeling helpless he is considering of going to consumer forum against Saarrthi Group.
Good Experience with Saarrthi Signor by Shilpa Patil - she own a 2 BHK at Signor and she has been quite happy amenities available here however, she stated that the services could be better or improved. The location is close to where she work so it's really convenient for her to travel to and fro. What makes it more convenient is the fact that everything from restaurants to hotels are close by. she feel very safe to let her daughter go around playing in the grounds, thanks to the available security facility.
