On the review of P S Developers , Pune; one user stated This is a very small group and they are very mean, kanjoos people with cheating intensions. Builder never come forward to talk or discuss. He mentioned - only Manager Umaid Mainkar is available to talk. Lots of complaint. one of problem he stated as they have not yet given parking to the people. who all got the parking not yet got the parking alottment letters.
Vinay surkutla is the one of the owner, even after possession people had to follow to get install the MSEB electricity meter, he was earlier providing electricity with private meter and commercial rates. For every small thing you need to beg and request them.
Lastly he mentioned that Even they are given flats of half rate of the markets then also no one should buy flat from them. they are just arrogant and not good people.
Another user stated that you should be careful before invest. They Delay in possession. Customers waiting for parking allocation. Insufficient water. No security awareness. they Don't care about customers. And Amenities not completed & not in use, and still pending after 1 year of possession
